Amazon Go Amazon go it’s a new idea created by Amazon. It is a store created to save time, and effort, you just have to go in, with amazon mobile app, make the lecture of the code, and then select the articles you want to buy, if you do not want an article anymore you just have to let it and the program automatically will read this. After everything it is done, you just have to get out the store and amazon will charge the money by the amazon app. Taking in account this amazing idea, I have mine to improve the hospitality industry. For example, talking about airlines you can make the check-in when you just enter to the airport, and then the technology will read how many bags do you have and the approximately weight of it, this just to avoid the large line you have to do to put you luggage in the correct place. Another idea its’s for restaurants, here you will need also an app to make the check in the restaurant, and then order it by the app, and select all the thing you want to eat, after everything is done the app will take the money from your account ant that’s it. Also in the hotels industry, it can be used to know what guest will need from the hotel. For example, based on previously behavior from the guest, by the second day of his/her stance, you can provide extra services, or maybe, if you know what are going to be their activities for the next day you can anticipate the use of the taxi and so on. I think these ideas could help the customer to have a very good service, according their personalized needs.

Here the most beneficiaries are the companies and the customers, So its a full beneficieting company, because managers cand know what is wrong and what is really good, and at the same time give some solutions for any request.

This is a great idea because we are taking into account the customer view.

This innovated tool help customers to feel comfortable to say what they think because they will be listen, so in fact we are eliminating all that tools implemented that nobody pay attention to it.

In my point of view i think this will impact in favor the hospitality industry because is a way to take care of the guests and how they feel about the service.

Also with this tools we can have real dato of what we are doing well and which not.

Maybe you are thinking its really hard to undesrtand, but it isn't.

In fact I can say it in a short definition.

Its a program created to answer questions easily and qickly to
safe time for customers and enterprises.

AI (Artificial Intelligence) is a concept that define the things that computers can do but are considered human things. When you say that a computer is almost human you are talking about AI

For me... It would be great!! I love using facebook for everthing, and i'm sure that the new generations have the same feeling about facebook, they have grown with this technology, so they are really familiarized and comfortable with it, and also I'm sure it would be cheaper for the hotel industry.
